Rojak Paste

You can find fresh fruits almost anywhere but some of the best Rojak sauces can only be found in Penang. Rojak is the best defined as fruit salad dish and the word ‘Rojak’ means mixture in the Malay language. The dish is a combination of various fruits such as guava, jicama, pineapples and others. And, the Rojak paste is the main component of the dish.

Beh Teh Saw

Beh Teh Saw in Hokkien means ‘horse hoof crispy biscuit’. The biscuit is thicker on one end and resembles a ‘horse hoof’.
